Telegram proxy
If Telegram does not open on your network, connect the free DSharff MTProto proxy. It helps open Telegram and reach the bot, but it does not replace VPN access.
MTProto proxy works only inside Telegram. For private internet access, use the DSharff VPN subscription through Happ.

How the TG proxy helps
Use the proxy as a backup entry point to the DSharff Telegram bot to receive or renew VPN access.
Telegram is unavailable
Tap the connect button and Telegram will offer to add the proxy automatically.
Open the bot
After the proxy is connected, go to the DSharff Telegram bot.
Get VPN access
Setup, renewal and subscription management remain inside the bot.
