Telegram does not open — what should I do?
Connect the free DSharff MTProto proxy, then open the Telegram bot. The proxy works only for Telegram and does not replace VPN access.
VPN does not connect after importing the subscription?
Refresh the server list in Happ, check your internet connection and try connecting again. If no server works, open the Telegram bot and contact support.
What should I do if access expired?
Check the subscription period and renew access through the Telegram bot. After renewal, refresh the subscription in Happ.
What about the device limit?
The subscription supports up to 4 devices. Device management and old device removal are handled through the Telegram bot.
How fast is activation?
Activation is handled through the Telegram bot and is usually available immediately after setup.
What should I check before support?
Refresh the server list in the app, check your internet connection, the access period and the active subscription in the Telegram bot.
How do I contact support?
Use the official DSharff Telegram bot. It is the main channel for support, renewal and device management.
